Terms and Conditions

All natural stone is subject to color, shade, veining, and surface texture variations, which may include pitting, dry veins, and natural fissures.  They are normal and should be expected.  Be aware that by approving your stone you are accepting these variations.  No claims shall be made or allowed on installed material.
 
35% restock fee for returned items.
 
Respect the material being sold.  The material is accepted by the customer in “as is” condition.
 
Due to the nature of natural stone material, changes in shade and variance may occur from shipment to shipment.  If additional material is needed at a later date, shade and variance may not match the initial order.
 
Supplier is not responsible for any damage to materials or delays due to shipping or handling.
 
Buyer is responsible for material inspection and approval prior to delivery.
 
All claims must be filled with carrier if material is broken during transport.
 
No claims will be accepted for any reason after material is transported from supplier.
 
No returns on special orders.
 
Galleria of Stone is not responsible for material after it has been loaded onto delivery truck or cut by fabricator.
 
Galleria of Stone will hold slabs for a maximum of 14 days.  If a longer period is needed, a $500 per slab deposit is required.
